Independent research. Straight answers.
Overwatch Veldt Consulting Inc. is a Canada-based firm building focused research and decision reviews for organizations facing difficult choices.
Why Overwatch exists
A convincing presentation is not the same thing as a sound decision. We think it is worth checking the source material, the trade-offs and the ways a plan might fail before someone commits money or reputation to it.
Our approach is simple: ask one specific question, check the available records and be clear about what the evidence does—and doesn't—support.
That applies to public programs, financial models and specialist performance research. We don't claim every subject needs a new framework. Sometimes the original plan holds up. Sometimes the answer is to stop.
